General Terms
By accessing and purchasing from KisetsuAdorn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All jewelry products (necklaces, anklets, earrings, rings, brooches, and bracelets) are sold as described on our product pages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive confirmation emails at each stage:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping confirmation with tracking
- Delivery confirmation
International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging:
- Full refunds issued for defective or incorrect items
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive returned items.
Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to:
- Monitor display differences
- Natural material variations
- Handcrafted nature of items
All measurements are approximate.
Intellectual Property

- Descriptions

are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
KisetsuAdorn shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Product misuse or improper care
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation with our customer service team
- If unresolved, mediation in Japan where our business is registered
By purchasing from us, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any legal actions must be brought in courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
