General Terms

At KisetsuAdorn, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our jewelry products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.

All refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage
  • Brooches with removed safety clasps

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the issue. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

Customers outside our primary shipping regions are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders.
